Kushinagar Flood: Embankment Breach Submerges Villages

A major embankment near Tatwa Tola in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, has breached due to the strong current of the Narayani River. This breach has led to the submergence of several surrounding villages, causing widespread damage and distress. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed immediate relief and rescue operations, with NDRF and SDRF teams deployed to the affected areas. The administration is working to evacuate villagers to safer locations and restore public services ahead of upcoming festivals. Efforts are also underway to prevent the spread of diseases post-flooding.

कुशीनगर में बाढ़: तटबंध टूटा, कई गाँव डूबे

नारायणी नदी के तेज बहाव के कारण कुशीनगर के ततवा टोला के पास एक बड़ा तटबंध टूट गया है। इस टूटने से आसपास के कई गाँव डूब गए हैं, जिससे बड़े पैमाने पर नुकसान और परेशानी हुई है। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने तत्काल राहत और बचाव कार्यों के निर्देश दिए हैं, और NDRF व SDRF की टीमों को प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में तैनात कर दिया गया है। प्रशासन आगामी त्योहारों से पहले ग्रामीणों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर ले जाने और सार्वजनिक सेवाओं को बहाल करने के लिए काम कर रहा है। बाढ़ के बाद बीमारियों को फैलने से रोकने के लिए भी प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।
