Siddharth Extension Residents Face Commute Woes After Barapullah Loop Closure

Hindustan Times · india

Residents of Siddharth Extension DDA Apartments in Delhi are experiencing significant commute difficulties following the closure of a key loop on the Barapullah corridor. This loop was previously used to access south and central Delhi. The closure, implemented to streamline traffic after the Barapullah Phase-III flyover opening, forces residents onto a narrow, congested alternative route. This route merges with the Ring Road near Gurdwara Bala Sahib, leading to severe traffic jams. Over 1,200 flats and 4,000 residents are affected by this change, which has disrupted their daily travel.
