The Haryana police failed to upload information about an unidentified body, which was subsequently cremated without proper notification. Manchanda, a real estate professional, was allegedly murdered by his former colleague and her friend. His family reported him missing after suspects sent messages from his phone. The Delhi police were only able to link the recovered body to Manchanda after arresting the suspects.

दिल्ली पुलिस ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को बताया कि गुरुग्राम पुलिस की देरी के कारण युवराज सिंह मंचिंदा हत्या मामले में अहम सबूत नष्ट हो गए। हरियाणा पुलिस एक अज्ञात शव के बारे में जानकारी अपलोड करने में विफल रही, जिसे बाद में बिना उचित सूचना के अंतिम संस्कार कर दिया गया। मंचिंदा, जो एक रियल एस्टेट पेशेवर थे, पर कथित तौर पर उनकी पूर्व सहकर्मी और उसके दोस्त ने हत्या कर दी थी। संदिग्धों ने उनके फोन से संदेश भेजे थे, जिसके बाद उनके परिवार ने उन्हें लापता बताया था। दिल्ली पुलिस संदिग्धों को गिरफ्तार करने के बाद ही बरामद शव को मंचिंदा से जोड़ पाई।
