अयोध्या राम मंदिर दान चोरी मामले में 59 पन्नों की चार्जशीट दाखिल हुई है। इसमें 36,000 से ज़्यादा पन्ने और 101 सीडीज़ सबूत के तौर पर पेश की गई हैं। पुलिस ने 133 गवाहों के नाम शामिल किए हैं, जिनमें राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट से जुड़े चार लोग भी हैं। कुछ आरोपियों पर से धारा 305 और 306 हटा दी गई है, लेकिन धारा 316(5) और भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम के तहत आरोप अभी भी लगे हुए हैं।
