NCLAT Issues Notice to Lenders in Subhash Chandra

NCLAT has issued notices to lenders in a petition filed by Essel Group Chairman Subhash Chandra. The tribunal has scheduled the next hearing for and 30. Chandra had challenged a order by the NCLT that had stayed a third judge's order in his personal insolvency case. NCLAT has directed lenders to file their response within a week. The tribunal also granted Chandra a week to file his rejoinder to the lenders' response.
