Man Dies After Neck Slit By Chinese Kite String In Gorakhpur

A 35-year-old man, Ramesh Kannaujia, died in Gorakhpur after his neck was nearly severed by a sharp Chinese kite string on Saturday afternoon. The incident occurred around 1 pm near the Hawart embankment as he was riding his two-wheeler to work. Passers-by and police rushed him to the district hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival. Kannaujia was married for 10 years and is survived by his wife and two young children. An investigation into the incident is currently underway.
