Net profit surged by 52% to Rs 203 crore, while EBITDA grew 37% to Rs 337 crore. The company also expanded its pipeline, signing 20 new hotels in the first half of fiscal year 2027 and completing the acquisition of Welcomhotel Ahmedabad. Room revenue increased by 22%, driven by higher rates and volumes, with occupancy rising to 76%.
