Doctor and Middleman Arrested for Accepting Bribe in Bharatpur

ACB has arrested a senior medical officer and a private individual in Bharatpur district for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 35,000. The doctor, Shashikant Sharma, reportedly demanded the money through a middleman, Trilok Chand Sharma, to prepare a medico-legal case report for assault victims. The complainant alleged the bribe was demanded after his family members sustained injuries. The ACB verified the complaint before conducting a sting operation, apprehending the middleman with the bribe money and later detaining the doctor.

एसीबी ने भरतपुर जिले में एक वरिष्ठ चिकित्सा अधिकारी और एक निजी व्यक्ति को कथित तौर पर 35,000 रुपये की रिश्वत स्वीकार करने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया है। डॉक्टर शशिकांत शर्मा ने कथित तौर पर हमला पीड़ितों के लिए मेडिको-लीगल केस रिपोर्ट तैयार करने के लिए एक बिचौलिए, त्रिलोक चंद शर्मा के माध्यम से पैसे की मांग की थी। शिकायतकर्ता ने आरोप लगाया कि उसके परिवार के सदस्यों को चोट लगने के बाद रिश्वत मांगी गई थी। एसीबी ने शिकायत का सत्यापन करने के बाद एक स्टिंग ऑपरेशन चलाया, जिसमें बिचौलिए को रिश्वत की रकम के साथ पकड़ा गया और बाद में डॉक्टर को हिरासत में लिया गया।
