The Bar Council of India (BCI) has issued an interim order staying the constitution and operation of committees recently formed by the Telangana Bar Council. This decision came after BCI Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra reviewed appeals from advocates who claimed their objections were not reflected in the meeting minutes. The advocates argued that the Telangana Bar Council chairman proceeded with forming committees without adhering to statutory procedures. The BCI order also suggested a specific committee composition to ensure enrollment work continues without disruption.

बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया (BCI) ने तेलंगाना बार काउंसिल द्वारा हाल ही में गठित समितियों के गठन और संचालन पर एक अंतरिम आदेश जारी कर रोक लगा दी है। यह फैसला BCI के अध्यक्ष मनन कुमार मिश्रा द्वारा वकीलों की उन अपीलों की समीक्षा के बाद आया है, जिन्होंने दावा किया था कि उनकी आपत्तियों को बैठक के मिनट्स में शामिल नहीं किया गया था। वकीलों ने तर्क दिया कि तेलंगाना बार काउंसिल के अध्यक्ष ने वैधानिक प्रक्रियाओं का पालन किए बिना समितियों का गठन आगे बढ़ाया। BCI के आदेश में नामांकन कार्य बिना किसी रुकावट के जारी रहे, यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक विशिष्ट समिति संरचना का भी सुझाव दिया गया है।
