Gopalganj ADM Rajeshwari Pandey Faces Disproportionate Assets Case

The Special Vigilance Unit (SVU) has registered a disproportionate assets case against Gopalganj ADM Rajeshwari Pandey, accusing her of accumulating assets worth over Rs 2.50 crore, exceeding her known income by 135.23%. Following court warrants, SVU teams conducted raids on Friday at four locations in Patna, Gopalganj, and Rohtas. Investigations revealed cash, jewellery, property documents, fixed deposits, and bank accounts totaling significant sums. Pandey joined government service in 2010, and an FIR has been filed under the Prevention of Corruption Act.

स्पेशल विजिलेंस यूनिट (SVU) ने गोपालगंज की ADM राजेशेश्वरी पांडेय के खिलाफ आय से अधिक संपत्ति का मामला दर्ज किया है। उन पर अपनी ज्ञात आय से 135.23% अधिक, यानी 2.50 करोड़ रुपये से ज़्यादा की संपत्ति जमा करने का आरोप है। कोर्ट से वारंट मिलने के बाद SVU की टीमों ने शुक्रवार को पटना, गोपालगंज और रोहतास में चार जगहों पर छापेमारी की। जांच में भारी मात्रा में नकदी, गहने, प्रॉपर्टी के कागजात, फिक्स्ड डिपॉजिट और बैंक खाते मिले हैं। पांडेय 2010 में सरकारी सेवा में आई थीं और भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम के तहत FIR दर्ज की गई है।
