ED Searches GMADA Office Over Suntec City Project

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted searches at the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) office in Mohali on Tuesday. The investigation is focused on alleged irregularities linked to the Suntec City project in New Chandigarh and change of land use permissions. The ED seized mobile phones of senior officials and sealed the chief engineer's office. Officials involved in planning, estate, and engineering were questioned about the project's approval process and records.
