Goa CM Assures Quepem Police Station Building Completion By March 2027

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has promised Quepem residents that the long-delayed police station building will be finished by March 2027. Work on the project, which has been stalled for over seven years, is expected to restart within a month. Residents had met the CM during a government initiative, highlighting the inconvenience caused by the incomplete facility. The new building is planned to house the sub-divisional police officer's office, an Indian Reserve Battalion floor, and other amenities.

गोवा के मुख्यमंत्री प्रमोद सावंत ने क्वेपम के निवासियों से वादा किया है कि लंबे समय से प्रतीक्षित पुलिस स्टेशन भवन मार्च 2027 तक पूरा हो जाएगा। सात साल से अधिक समय से अटके इस प्रोजेक्ट पर काम एक महीने के भीतर फिर से शुरू होने की उम्मीद है। निवासियों ने एक सरकारी पहल के दौरान सीएम से मुलाकात की थी और अधूरी सुविधा के कारण होने वाली असुविधा को उजागर किया था। नई इमारत में उप-मंडल पुलिस अधिकारी का कार्यालय, एक इंडियन रिजर्व बटालियन फ्लोर और अन्य सुविधाएं होंगी।
