Ashwin reveals Bhuvneshwar Kumar's India comeback driven by consistency

Ravichandran Ashwin believes pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar's return to India's T20I squad is a testament to his consistent performances rather than a deliberate chase for a comeback. Ashwin noted that Bhuvneshwar focused on his role for Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the IPL, improving his bowling and performing well. This dedication to his craft, rather than seeking an international recall, has now been rewarded with selection for the upcoming series against New Zealand. Ashwin also backed India for the 2027 ODI World Cup, highlighting their bowling and batting depth.
