The Indian Air Force's Surya Kiran aerobatic team faced weather challenges during the Mysuru Dasara celebrations. Overnight rain and cloudy skies delayed Sunday's air show by 45 minutes, forcing the team to limit its performance to three basic manoeuvres instead of a planned nine-jet spectacle. Despite the curtailed display, the team expressed hope for a return on Monday with its full repertoire, provided the weather permits. Spectators appreciated the effort despite the unfavourable conditions, with ground crews working diligently for hours to prepare the aircraft and pilots.
