An animated map visualizes the expansion of illegal Israeli settlements in occupied Palestine, now at record levels. These Jewish-only communities, built on Palestinian land in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, violate international law. According to Peace Now, there are 163 settlements housing approximately 750,000 Israelis. In 2025, nearly 28,000 housing units were advanced, significantly increasing the settler population. Outposts, often absorbed into settlements, number over 400.
