Pune Mayor Challenges MLA Rohit Pawar Over Proposed City Bandh

Pune Mayor Manjusha Nagpure has challenged NCP (SP) MLA Rohit Pawar to proceed with his planned Pune bandh, intended to protest the MPSC students' agitation. Pawar had warned of shutting down the city if the state government did not act on MPSC Chairman Vivek Bhimanwar's resignation. Nagpure accused politicians of exploiting the students' movement for their own agendas and vowed to oppose any move causing public inconvenience. Pawar alleged the government was delaying a decision on Bhimanwar's resignation due to personal ties, jeopardizing the future of lakhs of students.

पुणे की मेयर ने विधायक रोहित पवार को शहर बंद के प्रस्ताव पर दी चुनौती

पुणे की मेयर मंजूषा नागपुरे ने राकांपा (सपा) के विधायक रोहित पवार को एम.पी.एस.सी. छात्रों के आंदोलन के विरोध में उनके प्रस्तावित पुणे बंद को आगे बढ़ाने की चुनौती दी है। पवार ने चेतावनी दी थी कि अगर राज्य सरकार एम.पी.एस.सी. के अध्यक्ष विवेक भीमांवर के इस्तीफे पर कार्रवाई नहीं करती है तो शहर बंद कर दिया जाएगा। नागपुरे ने राजनेताओं पर अपने एजेंडे के लिए छात्रों के आंदोलन का फायदा उठाने का आरोप लगाया और जनता को असुविधा पहुंचाने वाले किसी भी कदम का विरोध करने की कसम खाई। पवार ने आरोप लगाया कि सरकार व्यक्तिगत संबंधों के कारण भीमांवर के इस्तीफे पर निर्णय में देरी कर रही है, जिससे लाखों छात्रों का भविष्य खतरे में पड़ रहा है।
