Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated on Sunday that Kyiv is prepared to cease attacks on Russian oil refineries. This offer is contingent upon Moscow halting its own assaults on Ukrainian energy infrastructure. This potential de-escalation could impact the ongoing conflict and energy security in the region.
