Ukraine launched over 350 drones targeting Moscow and other Russian regions as Russia commenced its parliamentary elections. The vote, held for the 450 seats in the State Duma, is the first since the war began. Kyiv aims to make Russians feel the conflict's impact politically and economically. Polls opened in the Far East and will continue for three days. Only pro-war parties are registered, with the sole anti-war party barred.
