HAL Delivers First 3 HTT-40 Trainers to Indian Air Force

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has delivered the first three HTT-40 basic trainer aircraft to the Indian Air Force (IAF). Full training operations are expected to commence in approximately two years as the IAF builds its instructor pool and acquires more aircraft. The initial delivery occurred on September 18 in Bengaluru, marking a significant step for the indigenous program. The aircraft will be deployed for pilot training at the Air Force Academy near Hyderabad once a fleet of 25-30 aircraft is ready and sufficient instructors are trained.

हिंदुस्तान एयरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड (HAL) ने भारतीय वायु सेना (IAF) को पहले तीन HTT-40 बेसिक ट्रेनर विमान सौंप दिए हैं। करीब दो साल में पूरी तरह से प्रशिक्षण शुरू होने की उम्मीद है, क्योंकि IAF अपने प्रशिक्षक पूल का निर्माण कर रही है और अधिक विमान हासिल कर रही है। शुरुआती डिलीवरी 18 सितंबर को बेंगलुरु में हुई, जो स्वदेशी कार्यक्रम के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। विमान को हैदराबाद के पास एयर फ़ोर्स अकादमी में पायलट प्रशिक्षण के लिए तैनात किया जाएगा, जब 25-30 विमानों का बेड़ा तैयार हो जाएगा और पर्याप्त प्रशिक्षक प्रशिक्षित हो जाएंगे।
