Groww Shares Dip Over 4% Post Block Deal

Groww's parent company, Billionbrains Garage Ventures Ltd, saw its shares fall over 4 per cent on Wednesday. The decline followed a significant block deal where approximately 10.02 crore shares changed hands. Media reports suggest Peak XV Partners Investments and Sequoia Capital were likely sellers, offloading a 1.6 per cent stake for around ₹1,918 crore. Groww emerged as the most actively traded stock on the NSE by volume and value during morning trade.
