Adilabad district police conducted two raids on Friday, seizing a total of 122 cannabis plants valued at approximately ₹12.20 lakh. In Ichoda mandal's Sonpalli village, 98 plants were found at the residence of 78-year-old Todasam Muyya, who was booked under the NDPS Act. Another raid in Gadiguda mandal's Rampur village yielded 24 plants from a cotton field belonging to 38-year-old Gedam Rajeshwar. Authorities plan to recommend discontinuing government scheme benefits for the cultivators.

आदिलाबाद जिले की पुलिस ने शुक्रवार को दो छापे मारे, जिसमें कुल 122 गांजे के पौधे जब्त किए गए, जिनकी अनुमानित कीमत ₹12.20 लाख है। इचोडा मंडल के सोनपल्ली गांव में, 78 वर्षीय तोडसम मुय्या के घर से 98 पौधे मिले, जिनके खिलाफ NDPS एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। गडिगुडा मंडल के रामपुर गांव में एक अन्य छापे में, 38 वर्षीय गेदम राजेशवर के कपास के खेत से 24 पौधे मिले। अधिकारी किसानों के लिए सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभों को बंद करने की सिफारिश करने की योजना बना रहे हैं।
