YouTuber Denied Bail For Remarks On Bhim Army

The Delhi High Court has denied anticipatory bail to YouTuber Ajeet Bharti. The case stems from allegedly derogatory and casteist remarks he made about Azad Samaj Party chief Chandra Shekhar Aazad. A first information report was filed on August 23 following a complaint by the Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram). The party alleged Bharti made abusive, humiliating, and inflammatory statements. Chandra Shekhar Aazad leads the Dalit rights organisation Bhim Army.
