The duo used legitimate trucking companies, some of which they purchased, to secure shipping contracts and then diverted cargo like televisions, laptops, and solar panels instead of delivering them. The conspiracy operated from March 2024 to June 2025, with thefts reported across multiple locations in California and one in Texas.
