A Delhi court has issued fresh bailable warrants against YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in a 2018 defamation case. The complainant, Vikas Sanskrityayan, accused Rathee of defaming him in a video uploaded to his channel. This follows a previous instance on October 17 where bailable warrants were issued after a process server could not locate Rathee at his residence. The court had previously summoned Rathee in July 2019, with the defamation complaint originating from a 2018 video. Rathee reportedly resides in Austria.
