Surat-based J B Ecotex Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI for an Initial Public Offering. The company plans to raise up to Rs 400 crore through a fresh issue and an offer-for-sale by promoters. Proceeds will primarily be used for repaying outstanding borrowings, with the remainder for general corporate purposes. J B Ecotex is a leading PET recycling company in India, possessing both mechanical and chemical recycling capabilities.

सूरत की जे बी इकोटेक्स लिमिटेड ने इनिशियल पब्लिक ऑफरिंग के लिए SEBI के पास ड्राफ्ट रेड हेरिंग प्रॉस्पेक्टस (DRHP) दाखिल किया है। कंपनी फ्रेश इश्यू और प्रमोटरों द्वारा ऑफर-फॉर-सेल के ज़रिए 400 करोड़ रुपये तक जुटाने की योजना बना रही है। इस पैसे का इस्तेमाल मुख्य रूप से बकाया उधार चुकाने के लिए किया जाएगा, और बाकी का उपयोग सामान्य कॉर्पोरेट उद्देश्यों के लिए होगा। जे बी इकोटेक्स भारत की एक प्रमुख PET रीसाइक्लिंग कंपनी है, जिसके पास मैकेनिकल और केमिकल दोनों तरह की रीसाइक्लिंग क्षमताएं हैं।
