Indian Kanoon has informed the Delhi High Court that it is facing significant difficulties due to a right to be forgotten judgment. Senior Advocate Arvind Datar presented the platform's submissions before a Division Bench. The court is currently hearing appeals filed by Indian Kanoon concerning this right to be forgotten verdict.
