Engineers were also advised to consider environmental and regulatory factors during project planning to prevent future delays. District magistrates shared insights on the framework for executing highway and road construction projects.

उत्तर प्रदेश में सरकारी अधिकारियों और टेक्नोक्रेट्स ने लखनऊ में पब्लिक वर्क्स डिपार्टमेंट द्वारा आयोजित एक वर्कशॉप में भाग लिया। इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य बड़े पैमाने पर इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रोजेक्ट्स को लागू करने में आने वाली प्रशासनिक बाधाओं को दूर करना था। चीफ सेक्रेटरी एस.पी. गोयल ने प्रोजेक्ट्स को कुशलता से पूरा करने के लिए अड़चनों को हल करने के महत्व पर जोर दिया। इंजीनियरों को भविष्य में होने वाली देरी को रोकने के लिए प्रोजेक्ट प्लानिंग के दौरान पर्यावरणीय और नियामक कारकों पर विचार करने की सलाह भी दी गई। डिस्ट्रिक्ट मजिस्ट्रेट्स ने हाईवे और रोड कंस्ट्रक्शन प्रोजेक्ट्स को लागू करने के फ्रेमवर्क पर अपने विचार साझा किए।
