West Indies head coach Darren Sammy has made an emotional appeal for financial assistance to bolster West Indies cricket. Following a closely contested T20I series against India, which ended in a 2-2 draw, Sammy hopes this performance will facilitate more meaningful conversations with potential sponsors. Sammy believes improved financial backing is crucial for the Caribbean team's survival and structured development in the sport.
