Woman Delivers Baby Girl On Bhubaneswar Railway Platform With RPF Help

A woman traveling on the Bangiriposi-Puri Express experienced labor pains as her train arrived at Bhubaneswar Railway Station. RPF and the 'Meri Saheli' team quickly intervened on Platform Number 4. They created a private space using clothes for the delivery. A healthy baby girl was born on the platform. Both mother and newborn were then safely transferred to Capital Hospital for further medical care and were reported to be in stable condition.

बांगिरीपोसी-पूरी एक्सप्रेस में सफर कर रही एक महिला को भुवनेश्वर रेलवे स्टेशन पर ट्रेन के पहुंचते ही प्रसव पीड़ा शुरू हो गई। आरपीएफ और 'मेरी सहेली' टीम ने तुरंत प्लेटफॉर्म नंबर 4 पर हस्तक्षेप किया। उन्होंने कपड़ों का इस्तेमाल करके डिलीवरी के लिए एक निजी जगह बनाई। प्लेटफॉर्म पर एक स्वस्थ बच्ची का जन्म हुआ। इसके बाद मां और नवजात दोनों को आगे के चिकित्सा देखभाल के लिए कैपिटल हॉस्पिटल में सुरक्षित ले जाया गया और उनकी हालत स्थिर बताई गई।
