Indian Railways Restores Normal Services In Delhi; Metro Stations Reopened

Indian Railways has announced the restoration of normal services from midnight on Sunday, following the cancellation of 245 train services on Saturday. Rail operations began normalizing on Saturday evening, with normal services resuming fully on Sunday. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation also reopened gates at all its stations by 10 pm on Saturday. This comes after many stations were initially shut down due to protests. Despite the restoration of services, Delhi Traffic Police maintained advisories for citizens to avoid non-essential travel due to ongoing diversions.

भारतीय रेलवे ने रविवार आधी रात से सामान्य सेवाएं बहाल करने की घोषणा की है, शनिवार को 245 ट्रेन सेवाएं रद्द कर दी गई थीं। रेल संचालन शनिवार शाम को सामान्य होने लगा था, और रविवार को सामान्य सेवाएं पूरी तरह से फिर से शुरू हो गईं। दिल्ली मेट्रो रेल कॉर्पोरेशन ने शनिवार रात 10 बजे तक अपने सभी स्टेशनों के गेट भी खोल दिए थे। यह तब हुआ जब विरोध प्रदर्शनों के कारण कई स्टेशनों को शुरू में बंद कर दिया गया था। सेवाओं की बहाली के बावजूद, दिल्ली ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने नागरिकों को चल रहे डायवर्जन के कारण गैर-जरूरी यात्रा से बचने की सलाह जारी रखी।
