भारतीय रेलवे ने 40 घंटे से ज़्यादा का सफ़र तय करने वाली 11 लंबी दूरी की ट्रेनों को गहन निगरानी के लिए चुना है। यह पहल सिर्फ़ सफ़र की शुरुआत में ही नहीं, बल्कि पूरी यात्रा के दौरान स्वच्छता, रखरखाव और सेवा-योग्यता को बेहतर बनाने पर केंद्रित है। ऑन-बोर्ड हाउसकीपिंग एजेंसियों पर कड़ी नज़र रखी जाएगी, और उनके प्रदर्शन को Rail Madad पोर्टल के ज़रिए शिकायतों के समाधान से जोड़ा जाएगा। नामित Clean Train Station पॉइंट तत्काल मरम्मत और कचरा प्रबंधन सुनिश्चित करेंगे, जिसमें बायो-टॉयलेट की जाँच और कूड़ा फेंकने से रोकने के लिए नियमित कचरा संग्रह शामिल है।
