Indian tech and startup funding reached $245.9 million across 22 rounds in the week ending October 23, a 6.2% increase from the prior week but a 26.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. Even Healthcare led deal activity with $50 million, followed by Different at $48 million. Early-stage deals constituted 70.8% of the capital raised, with seed-stage transactions at 25.2%. Late-stage companies accounted for the remaining 4.1% of funding.
