Kochi Police Book Firm & Three Others Over Rs 4.3 Lakh Job Fraud

Ernakulam Central Police have registered two cases against a private firm and three individuals for allegedly defrauding two men of Rs 4.3 lakh by promising jobs in the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The accused allegedly collected money through Snehayathra Associates Pvt Ltd between October 2024 and August 2025. Complainants stated that jobs were not arranged and their money was not returned. The police have invoked sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and are investigating further to uncover the full extent of the alleged fraud and the accused's roles.

एर्नाकुलम सेंट्रल पुलिस ने एक प्राइवेट फर्म और तीन व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ दो मामले दर्ज किए हैं। इन पर दो लोगों से नीदरलैंड्स और लक्जमबर्ग में नौकरी दिलाने का वादा करके 4.3 लाख रुपये की धोखाधड़ी करने का आरोप है। आरोपियों ने कथित तौर पर अक्टूबर 2024 और अगस्त 2025 के बीच Snehayathra Associates Pvt Ltd के माध्यम से पैसे एकत्र किए। शिकायतकर्ताओं ने बताया कि नौकरियां नहीं दिलाई गईं और उनके पैसे भी वापस नहीं किए गए। पुलिस ने भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है और कथित धोखाधड़ी की पूरी सीमा और आरोपियों की भूमिकाओं का पता लगाने के लिए आगे की जांच कर रही है।
