South Western Railway Reports No Unfit Water Samples

South Western Railway has confirmed that all drinking water samples tested across its Hubballi, Bengaluru, and Mysuru divisions between September 14 and 22, 2026, were found fit for consumption. Out of 249 samples tested for residual chlorine, all were satisfactory. While 18 bacteriological samples were collected, 11 were fit, with seven results pending. Similarly, 30 out of 32 chemical samples were fit, with two pending.

साउथ वेस्टर्न रेलवे ने बताया है कि 14 से 22 सितंबर 2026 के बीच हुबली, बेंगलुरु और मैसूरु डिवीजनों में पीने के पानी के सभी सैंपल जांच में सही पाए गए। 249 सैंपल में से क्लोरीन की जांच हुई, सब ठीक थे। 18 बैक्टीरियल सैंपल में से 11 सही थे, सात की रिपोर्ट आनी बाकी है। वहीं, 32 केमिकल सैंपल में से 30 सही थे, दो के नतीजे अभी नहीं आए हैं।
