Kumar has called for a Special General Meeting on October 24 to vote on the motion, claiming support from 30 out of 34 state units. Reasons cited include unilateral decision-making, financial mismanagement, and defying court directives. However, some officials argue Kumar is not authorised to call such a meeting, suggesting his move is retaliation for an inquiry against him.
