Nine Killed As Tourist Bus Catches Fire

Nine people died and one was injured when a tourist bus travelling from Delhi to Mahoba caught fire on the Yamuna Expressway near Jewar. Passengers reported a burning smell, but the driver and conductor allegedly refused to stop. The fire broke out near the driver's seat, rapidly engulfing the bus. Preliminary investigations suggest a possible AC system malfunction. The driver and conductor have been arrested and charged with culpable homicide.
