Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren's Mother Rupi Soren Passes Away at 80

Rupi Soren, mother of Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and wife of JMM founder Shibu Soren, passed away at the age of 80. She had been hospitalised since September 18 due to breathing difficulties and was on ventilator support. CM Soren shared an emotional tribute, calling his mother his 'greatest shelter.' The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha described her as a symbol of struggle and sacrifice. Her last rites are scheduled for Thursday in Ramgarh district. Political leaders across parties offered their condolences to the bereaved family.

झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन की माँ और झामुमो संस्थापक शिबू सोरेन की पत्नी रूपी सोरेन का 80 साल की उम्र में निधन हो गया। वह सांस लेने में तकलीफ के कारण 18 सितंबर से अस्पताल में भर्ती थीं और वेंटिलेटर सपोर्ट पर थीं। सीएम सोरेन ने एक भावनात्मक श्रद्धांजलि साझा करते हुए अपनी माँ को अपना 'सबसे बड़ा सहारा' बताया। झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा ने उन्हें संघर्ष और बलिदान का प्रतीक बताया। उनका अंतिम संस्कार गुरुवार को रामगढ़ जिले में किया जाएगा। विभिन्न दलों के राजनीतिक नेताओं ने शोक संतप्त परिवार के प्रति संवेदना व्यक्त की है।
