Karnataka's five flagship guarantee schemes have successfully reached all eligible beneficiaries in Raichur district, with a total expenditure of ₹4,805.24 crore up to July 2026. The Gruha Lakshmi scheme received the largest allocation, disbursing ₹2,744.81 crore. Other schemes included Anna Bhagya with ₹806.22 crore, Shakti with ₹618.03 crore, Gruha Jyothi with ₹557.31 crore, and Yuva Nidhi with ₹78.87 crore. These welfare measures were implemented as promised by the Congress party prior to the 2023 Assembly elections to ensure benefits reach targeted citizens without leakages.

कर्नाटक की पांच प्रमुख गारंटी योजनाओं के तहत रायचूर जिले में सभी योग्य लाभार्थियों तक लाभ पहुँचाया गया है। जुलाई 2026 तक कुल ₹4,805.24 करोड़ खर्च हुए हैं। सबसे ज़्यादा ₹2,744.81 करोड़ 'गृह लक्ष्मी' योजना पर खर्च हुए। 'अन्न भाग्य' पर ₹806.22 करोड़, 'शक्ति' पर ₹618.03 करोड़, 'गृह ज्योति' पर ₹557.31 करोड़ और 'युवा निधि' पर ₹78.87 करोड़ खर्च हुए। ये कल्याणकारी उपाय कांग्रेस पार्टी ने 2023 के विधानसभा चुनावों से पहले किए वादे के अनुसार लागू किए गए थे ताकि लाभार्थियों तक बिना किसी लीकेज के सीधे लाभ पहुँच सके।
