Haryana DGP Admits Lapses in Delhi Executive's Death

Haryana DGP Ajay Singhal acknowledged lapses in handling the body of Delhi real estate professional Yuvraj Singh Manchanda. A Delhi court had questioned the Gurgaon Police over the identification, documentation, and cremation of the unidentified body. The court raised concerns about delays in uploading details to the police network and informing the executive magistrate. Singhal stated that the police followed SOP but will review procedures and make amendments if necessary.

हरियाणा के डीजीपी अजय सिंघल ने दिल्ली के रियल एस्टेट एग्जीक्यूटिव युवराज सिंह मनचंदा के शव को संभालने में हुई चूक को स्वीकार किया है। एक दिल्ली कोर्ट ने गुरुग्राम पुलिस से लावारिस शव की पहचान, दस्तावेज़ीकरण और अंतिम संस्कार को लेकर सवाल उठाए थे। कोर्ट ने पुलिस नेटवर्क पर जानकारी अपलोड करने में देरी और एग्जीक्यूटिव मजिस्ट्रेट को सूचित करने में हुई देरी पर चिंता जताई थी। सिंघल ने कहा कि पुलिस ने एसओपी का पालन किया, लेकिन वे प्रक्रियाओं की समीक्षा करेंगे और यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो संशोधन करेंगे।
