Rapido Denies Active Driver Status For Man Linked To Tiger Shroff Shooting

Ride-hailing platform Rapido has stated that an individual connected to the shooting incident involving actor Tiger Shroff was not an active driver on their platform. The company confirmed the person had been inactive as a captain since October 14. Rapido expressed deep concern over the incident and is cooperating fully with authorities. They emphasized their zero-tolerance policy for violence and criminal activity. It was also noted that individuals in India's gig economy often register with multiple platforms simultaneously.

राइड-हेलिंग प्लेटफ़ॉर्म रैपिडो ने कहा है कि अभिनेता टाइगर श्रॉफ से जुड़े गोलीबारी की घटना में शामिल व्यक्ति उनके प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर सक्रिय ड्राइवर नहीं था। कंपनी ने पुष्टि की कि वह व्यक्ति 14 अक्टूबर से कैप्टन के तौर पर निष्क्रिय था। रैपिडो ने घटना पर गहरी चिंता जताई है और अधिकारियों के साथ पूरा सहयोग कर रहा है। उन्होंने हिंसा और आपराधिक गतिविधियों के प्रति अपनी शून्य-सहिष्णुता नीति पर जोर दिया। यह भी बताया गया कि भारत की गिग इकोनॉमी में व्यक्ति अक्सर एक साथ कई प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर पंजीकरण करते हैं।
