Bihar Job Fair: Over 20 Companies to Offer Jobs in Nalanda

Bihar's Nalanda district is set to host its largest job fair of the year. Organized by the District Employment Office, the event aims to connect over a thousand unemployed youth with employment opportunities. More than 20 private companies from sectors like finance, insurance, health, education, manufacturing, retail, and delivery will participate. Registration is mandatory for all aspiring candidates through the Bihar Employment Portal. The fair will also feature government stalls to guide youth towards self-reliance, with 4% vacancies reserved for persons with disabilities.

बिहार के नालंदा जिले में साल का सबसे बड़ा जॉब फेयर लगने वाला है। डिस्ट्रिक्ट एम्प्लॉयमेंट ऑफिस की तरफ से आयोजित इस इवेंट का मकसद एक हजार से ज़्यादा बेरोजगार नौजवानों को नौकरी के मौके से जोड़ना है। फाइनेंस, इंश्योरेंस, हेल्थ, एजुकेशन, मैन्युफैक्चरिंग, रिटेल और डिलीवरी जैसे सेक्टरों की 20 से ज़्यादा प्राइवेट कंपनियाँ इसमें हिस्सा लेंगी। बिहार एम्प्लॉयमेंट पोर्टल के ज़रिए सभी कैंडिडेट्स के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन ज़रूरी है। फेयर में सरकारी स्टॉल भी लगेंगे जो नौजवानों को आत्मनिर्भर बनने के रास्ते बताएँगे, और दिव्यांगों के लिए 4% सीटें रिज़र्व रहेंगी।
