VerifAIX Raises $5 Million For AI Chip Verification

AI-native semiconductor verification startup VerifAIX has secured $5 million in seed funding co-led by Endiya Partners and Bluehill VC. This marks the company's first institutional fundraise. VerifAIX plans to use the capital to enhance product development, expand customer deployments, and grow its engineering teams in the US, India, and Israel. The funds will also support advancements in its proprietary "Formal Brain" and scaling its automated abstraction capabilities for larger chip designs.
