Buxar School Coordinators Undergo Training To Enhance Teaching Practices

As many as 152 Complex Resource Centre Coordinators (CRCCs) from Buxar district are participating in a three-day residential training program at DIET, Dumraon. This initiative aims to strengthen academic mentoring and improve teaching practices in government schools across the district. The training focuses on equipping CRCCs with skills in Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), NIPUN Bihar, and the Classroom Observation Tool (COT). The goal is to enhance learning outcomes in 1,192 primary and middle schools by enabling coordinators to provide effective guidance and support to teachers.

बक्सर जिले के 152 कॉम्प्लेक्स रिसोर्स सेंटर कोऑर्डिनेटर (CRCCs) डायट, डुमरांव में तीन दिवसीय आवासीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में भाग ले रहे हैं। इस पहल का उद्देश्य जिले भर के सरकारी स्कूलों में अकादमिक मेंटरिंग को मजबूत करना और शिक्षण प्रथाओं में सुधार करना है। प्रशिक्षण में CRCCs को टीचिंग एट द राइट लेवल (TaRL), निपुण बिहार और क्लासरूम ऑब्जर्वेशन टूल (COT) में कौशल से लैस करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया है। इसका लक्ष्य 1,192 प्राथमिक और मध्य विद्यालयों में सीखने के परिणामों को बढ़ाना है, जिससे कोऑर्डिनेटर शिक्षकों को प्रभावी मार्गदर्शन और सहायता प्रदान कर सकें।
