बिहार का स्वास्थ्य विभाग 11,000 से अधिक प्रशासनिक, तकनीकी और चिकित्सा सहायता पदों के लिए भर्ती शुरू करने वाला है। आधिकारिक सूचना नवंबर के आखिरी सप्ताह तक जारी होने की उम्मीद है, और तैयारियां लगभग पूरी हो चुकी हैं। इस बड़े पैमाने पर भर्ती अभियान का उद्देश्य स्टाफ नर्स, प्रयोगशाला तकनीशियन और प्रबंधकीय पदों सहित भूमिकाओं को भरना है। विभाग का इरादा अधिसूचना जारी होने के छह से सात महीने के भीतर पूरी प्रक्रिया को पूरा करना है, जिससे प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में, खासकर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में, काफी सुधार होगा और मौजूदा कर्मचारियों पर काम का बोझ कम होगा।
