Punjab CM's OSD Accuses CBI of Leaking FIR, Moves Court

Rajbir Singh Ghuman, OSD to Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, has moved a special CBI court alleging the agency leaked his FIR to the media. Ghuman claims the CBI sought and received an exemption from uploading the FIR online due to its sensitive nature. Despite this, the FIR was allegedly circulated to the press, leading Ghuman to accuse the CBI of a politically motivated leak. He has requested contempt proceedings against CBI officials and an unbiased investigation into the case registered.

पंजाब के सीएम भगवंत मान के ओएसडी राजबीर सिंह घुमन ने सीबीआई की एक विशेष अदालत में अर्जी लगाई है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया है कि सीबीआई ने उनकी एफआईआर मीडिया को लीक कर दी। घुमन का कहना है कि सीबीआई ने एफआईआर की संवेदनशीलता का हवाला देकर उसे ऑनलाइन अपलोड करने से छूट मांगी थी और वह मिल भी गई थी। इसके बावजूद, एफआईआर कथित तौर पर प्रेस को बांट दी गई, जिसके बाद घुमन ने सीबीआई पर राजनीतिक मंशा से लीक करने का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने सीबीआई अधिकारियों के खिलाफ अवमानना की कार्यवाही और दर्ज मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच का अनुरोध किया है।
