बेंगलुरु में हेब्बल जंक्शन पर ₹1,385 करोड़ की प्रस्तावित सुरंग सड़क की आलोचना हो रही है। पर्यावरणविदों को भूजल स्तर पर इसके असर और बाढ़ के बढ़ते खतरे की चिंता है। इस प्रोजेक्ट का मकसद एयरपोर्ट से शहर तक ट्रैफिक जाम कम करना है। लेकिन, ₹622 करोड़ प्रति किलोमीटर की भारी लागत भी चर्चा का विषय बनी हुई है।
