सुप्रीम कोर्ट रजिस्ट्री ने राहुल गांधी और अन्य कांग्रेस नेताओं द्वारा मतदाता सूची से नाम हटाने और अनियमितताओं के संबंध में दायर याचिका में 10 से ज़्यादा खामियां पाई हैं। रजिस्ट्री ने मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे के आईडी कार्ड की स्पष्ट कॉपी मांगी और अस्पष्ट या गायब पन्नों की ओर इशारा किया। इसके अलावा, कोर्ट फीस में 200 रुपये से ज़्यादा की कमी पाई गई। याचिका में मतदाता सूची से नाम हटाने के स्वतंत्र ऑडिट की मांग की गई है, जिसमें संशोधन प्रक्रिया की सत्यनिष्ठा पर चिंता जताई गई है।
