Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that the state government has successfully established the "rule of law" by eliminating the "rule of mafia." He made these remarks during the fifth convocation ceremony of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University in Lucknow. Adityanath highlighted that this foundation is crucial for development, investment, and public trust. He also mentioned Uttar Pradesh's transformation from a BIMARU state to one of the country's top three economies, emphasizing that a Viksit Bharat requires fairness and integrity alongside infrastructure development.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने 'माफिया राज' को खत्म कर 'कानून का राज' सफलतापूर्वक स्थापित किया है। उन्होंने यह बातें लखनऊ में डॉ. राम मनोहर लोहिया नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी के पांचवें दीक्षांत समारोह में कहीं। आदित्यनाथ ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि विकास, निवेश और जनता के विश्वास के लिए यह नींव महत्वपूर्ण है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि उत्तर प्रदेश एक बीमारू राज्य से देश की शीर्ष तीन अर्थव्यवस्थाओं में से एक बन गया है, और कहा कि एक विकसित भारत के लिए बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास के साथ-साथ निष्पक्षता और ईमानदारी की भी आवश्यकता है।
