US Citizen Gets 3.3 Years For Pistol

A Moscow court has sentenced a US citizen to three years and three months in prison for bringing an undeclared Colt pistol into Russia. The appeals court has now upheld this initial sentence. The conviction stems from the individual's failure to declare the firearm upon entry into the country.

मॉस्को की एक अदालत ने एक अमेरिकी नागरिक को रूस में बिना घोषणा किए कोल्ट पिस्तौल लाने के आरोप में तीन साल और तीन महीने की जेल की सजा सुनाई है। अब अपीलीय अदालत ने भी इस फैसले को बरकरार रखा है। यह सजा तब हुई जब उस व्यक्ति ने देश में प्रवेश करते समय आग्नेयास्त्र की घोषणा नहीं की थी।
