Indian stock markets are poised for a subdued opening as indicated by GIFT Nifty trading flat with a negative bias. Asian markets mirrored a downturn on Wall Street, influenced by concerns over the pace of AI build-out, with Japan's Nikkei and South Korea's Kospi experiencing declines. Brent crude oil prices also fell amid eased supply worries following US tariff waivers on Russian oil. Meanwhile, gold and silver futures saw modest gains.
